Our services include development of Expert Advisors (EAs), custom indicators, algorithmic strategies, and technical consulting. These are tailored solutions based on client requirements and involve dedicated time and expertise. As such, all payments made for these services are non-refundable.

No Refunds Will Be Provided For

• Change of mind after work has commenced.
• Failure to understand or use the delivered trading tool or system.
• Losses incurred in trading or incorrect assumptions about guaranteed returns.
• Delayed responses due to market volatility or external broker/server issues.

Eligible Cases for Partial Refund (Rare)

Although our services are final, partial refunds may be considered only if:

• No development work has been started within 3 working days of payment.
• The service cannot be delivered due to internal technical limitations (decided by our team).

How to Request a Refund

If you feel your case qualifies, contact us at support@hkinfotech.in within 3 days of payment. Include full details of the transaction, service requested, and reason for refund. Each case is assessed individually.
